Travel Cancellation Insurance
Should something come up, our cancellation protection will cover you.
The cancellation protection amounts to 5,-€ per person and night.
If you book the cancellation protection, the corresponding surcharge will be
automatically added to your accommodation bill and settled on departure.The following events are covered:
1. Heavy accident or unexpected acute illness of yourself or a member of your immediate family (spouse, partner, parents, grandparents, siblings, children), which make the stay impossible.
We require a written confirmation from the doctor treating you.2. Death, serious illness or serious accident of yourself or in the closest family circle
(spouse, partner, parents, grandparents, siblings, children). We require proof.3. Considerable damage to the property of the persons travelling (e.g. water, fire). We require a proof.
If you have to cancel for one of these reasons, we will only charge you the cancellation protection fee.
Please book the cancellation protection directly with the room booking.
Without cancellation protection, the cancellation conditions apply as follows:
Up to 31 days before arrival free of charge,
up to 21 days 30%,
up to 11 days 40%,
up to 5 days 60%,
thereafter or in case of earlier departure 80% of the agreed accommodation price.
